The hotel staff were really good, providing excellent service from the front desk to the pool facilities. The buffet food was of high quality and had a good variety, with multiple cook stations for breakfast and dinner. The executive apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had daily room service with replenished toiletries and water. The location was convenient, with a close proximity to wonderful restaurants in the financial centre and within walking distance.

Our family recently stayed at a luxurious apartment in Dubai. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the bustling Dubai mall and other major attractions in the city. We were also pleased to find that it was conveniently close to the Dubai airport. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a stunning view from the windows. The bathroom was immaculate and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options, and the facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were top-notch.

The hotel staff are gems, providing excellent service. Comfortable and spacious studio apartment with great views. Adequately equipped kitchen with daily complimentary water, fruit, and tea/coffee. Tastefully decorated throughout with friendly and professional housekeeping staff.

Not one thing.

The hotel exceeded my luxurious expectations. the exclusive amenities were impressive; the indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and spa lounge offered a true indulgent experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the private facilities provided on the rooftop with stunning views of the city. the restaurant was exceptional, with a wide range of special diet menus catered to my needs. the staff were highly attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to meet my needs.

The elevator system could be improved as I had to wait a long time for an elevator during peak hours. Nevertheless, the staff offered excellent service and the room was well maintained, offering all the exclusive advantages of a luxury hotel.

Great location near metro and restaurants. Staff flexible in early check-in. Comfortable beds. Apartment with own kitchen. Breakfast good, similar to one night stay rate. Outdoor pool fantastic with sun blocking area and Burj Khalifah view. Friendly staff puts guests at heart of service. Courteous and accommodating to requests. We were kinda surprised by our recent stay at a luxurious apartment hotel in Dubai. The staff members were friendly and were great too accommodate our needs. The highlight of our stay was when we arrived early in the morning and were checked into our room without any hassle, great to rest after a long journey. The prompt response to our request for phone adapters was also greatly appreciated. Although the pool area didn't receive sunlight until later in the morning, it didn't hinder our overall enjoyment. The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the Dubai Mall and offering a convenient shuttle bus service. Despite some minor setbacks, such as a misleading location on the website and a nonsmoking room mishap, the hotel quickly rectified the situation by upgrading us to a larger, nonsmoking apartment. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and comfortable accommodations.
